My Review….
I found this season of Squid Game to be quite slow and repetitive. While I was anticipating a fast-paced, thrilling narrative, what I got instead was a sluggish storyline with an odd twist that fell short of expectations. The twists felt predictable, as the audience has already come to expect the bloodshed and senseless deaths that define the series.
This season also felt incomplete, lacking the depth needed to truly engage viewers. Although the introduction of new characters brought fresh nuances to the story, it wasn’t enough to elevate the overall experience. I was left wanting something more impactful and memorable.
My honest recommendation? Wait until Season 3, slated for release sometime in mid 2025, so you can watch this season alongside its conclusion. The story ends on a frustrating cliffhanger, leaving viewers like me reeling. I’m hopeful that Season 3 will tie up the loose ends and give this narrative the substance it deserves.
