Revenge of Others

When a woman tries to find the truth behind her twin’s death, will she succeed?

This drama follows the life of a woman whose twin brother suddenly dies by falling off the school building and the police conclude it as suicide. Unable to believe that her brother is capable of suicide, she decides to go to Seoul and join the very same school as a student. Now, trying to figure out who is a friend and who is a foe, she begins to unravel what really happened that day. Joining her on her quest for justice is a hardworking young man who supports his family and is very brave and conscientious. The more things they discover, the more complicated everything starts becoming. Will they succeed in finding out the complete truth? Watch to find out.

I actually found the mystery aspect of this drama to be quite well done. The friendship and the bonds shown between the leads were also beautiful. However, this drama’s story was a little too difficult to digest. A lot of times, some things were exaggerated which made it seem quite difficult to believe or digest. For example, the idea of the entire school hiding murder was ludicrous. It would never happen in the real world. Also, the bullying shown between the students was equally horrible and concerning. I would say that for a one time watch, this isn’t a bad drama. But, for a drama enthusiast like me, it felt a little short of expectations. So, if you like mysteries and don’t mind larger than life stories, then you might like this one. I will leave the decision up to you.
