When a man who cannot feel any emotions meets a woman who cannot feel pain, what happens when they realize that they feel each other’s pain and emotions instead of their own?
This drama revolves around the life of a man who has become an emotionless robot due to an accident years ago, and a woman who aims to be a fighter yet cannot feel any pain which puts her life in jeopardy at times. When his life is threatened due to his ruthless nature in acquiring companies, he hires her as his bodyguard not anticipating that his life was about to change. When she gets hit instead of him for the first time, something extraordinary happens. He feels the pain instead of her, while she starts feeling his emotions instead of him. When they realize what is happening, they go to extreme lengths to figure out how to get out of that situation. The rest of the story follows their hilarious trials to stop it from happening and how, against all odds, they fall hard for each other.
Personally, I enjoyed the drama a lot. It had an interesting storyline and good actors who did a wonderful job of creating a fluffy romance that makes you swoon at times. The concept of feeling each other’s pain and emotions instead of their own was a total fantasy element genius introduced by the writer in the plot, and it shows in the way the story evolves. Overall, I would say give it a try. It’s a sweet love story that you can binge-watch on a lazy weekend that leaves you feeling happy and high on romance.
