Love Like the Galaxy

When a woman, who has always been left behind, meets three men who claim to care for her, will she be able to pick the one who she truly loves?

This drama follows the life of a woman who is left behind, when her parents decide to leave to fight a war. She has always grown up alone, and the only one she has been able to rely on is herself. When her parents finally return, and start to parent her, her life suddenly starts changing. Trying her best to live her life her way, she meets three different men, a noble, a general and a scholar. Finding her way, and figuring out who she really loves, is what forms the rest of the story.

I enjoyed this drama a lot. It had it all. From romance, to action, to angst, to mystery and comedy, this drama was equally infused with all genres which made it a masterpiece of emotions. The hatred, the friendship, and the love between different characters were shown in such an authentic and beautiful way that it leaves you in complete awe. Every single actor has outdone themselves in this one. If you are fond of historical dramas which make you laugh, cry and swoon in equal measures, then definitely don’t miss this one. After the Long Ballad, this is my second favorite historical chinese drama of all time!
