Can a not-so-popular female idol succeed in turning things around for herself and her group and get them to the heights of popularity that they dreamed of?
This is a story about a woman who is a member of a non-so-popular K-Pop idol group. She along with their group members struggle to survive in the cutthroat entertainment industry. In fact, since she looks a little like another popular idol, she is often labelled as a person who is her “Imitation”. However, against all odds, she tries her best to succeed. When she meets another popular star, who dislikes her initially, her life becomes even harder. However, as time passes, they get to know each other more and start understanding and respecting each other. The rest of the story showcases the journey of her life from obscurity to popularity.
Personally, I enjoyed the drama. Even though it had a lot of harsh realities showcased about the cutthroat entertainment industry, the determination and perseverance of the female lead stole my heart. How she never gives up, no matter how hard circumstances get, is truly inspiring. There is tremendous character growth shown for all characters in the drama, and it’s a treat to watch immature characters become mature and level-headed people who anyone would love to have in their lives. If you are like me, who enjoys strong female characters who never shy away from reaching their goals and facing the world head-on, then this drama would be a treat for you!

The originality of the plot: The plot is original and it’s a good watch.
Acting of main protagonists: The chemistry between the leads is quite cute and all the jealousy infused scenes are adorable.
