Hellbound

When other worldly creatures suddenly start appearing mysteriously and killing off certain people, is it evil they end, or is the truth something else entirely?

This drama is set in a universe where one fine day, horrifying creatures suddenly appear, kill off specific people and disappear immediately afterward. Incidentally, every single person who dies, gets a decree from a mysterious being telling them when they would die right down to the exact time and date. Amidst all this mayhem, a man surfaces in the media who starts claiming that these creatures are justice-demanding otherworldly beings who are sent by God to only destroy people who have done something bad and thus deserve to die. This theory quickly becomes popular and a lot of people start calling him a Seer. The story continues on, as a rational police officer who refuses to believe in hearsay, tries to differentiate between reality and fiction, and battles fanatic groups who believe in the Seer’s theories at the same time. His quest for truth marks the rest of the story.

Frankly, when I began watching this drama, I didn’t have any expectations. However, I was proven wrong. This drama has an amazing mystery, excellent actors, and a storyline that keeps you hooked till the end. Overall, I would say, go for it. You won’t regret it. If you are like me, who is a sucker for a thrilling mystery, you would definitely enjoy this one!

The originality of the plot: The plot is original, and it’s a very good watch.

Acting of main protagonists: There is essentially no romance in this drama. But, the acting of every single person is quite awesome.
