Dine with Love

Can two people who are poles apart grow to love and accept each other?

This drama revolves around a cold-hearted, successful owner of a company and a caring and family-oriented woman who works for him. The drama kicks off by showcasing how these two characters, who have almost nothing in common, start growing closer over cooking. It starts off in a very promising way. However, as the plot progresses, misunderstandings and fights are placed between the main couple and even the side couples in a way that sometimes totally lacks logic.

Personally, I didn’t find the plot too original. The actors did a great job, but if the script doesn’t make them shine, then there is a limit to what they can do as well. Had this drama focused on character growth and development as a couple, rather than infusing a crazy ex and weird fight scenes, then it would have been a great drama.

However, if you are fond of watching a drama containing an owner-employee relationship who overcome their differences and love each other unconditionally, then you would still enjoy this drama. Overall, it’s a feel-good drama. It leaves you feeling happy!

Story Line: 9.0/10

The originality of the plot: The plot is not at all original. It’s the typical rich CEO meets a employee and falls in love with her plot.

Acting of main protagonists: The chemistry between the leads is good. The acting of characters are spot on.

Ending: Happy
