18 Again

When a middle-aged man who always blames his life, gets a second chance at being 18 again, will he be able to finally live the life he thought he wanted?

The drama follows the life of a middle-aged man who married young because his girlfriend became pregnant with his children. Having lost his chance at going to college and becoming a basketball player, he lives his life with regrets. In fact, his wife who was the love of his life finally files for divorce as well. Blaming himself and his life for everything wrong in his life, he prays that he could be young again. Ironically, when he helps out an aged man, the very same night he transforms into his 18-year-old version again. Now joining the same school as his children, he starts realizing how much he didn’t know about his children and wife. Coming to terms with how ignorant he really was, he starts to realize the importance of what he has lost. On the other hand, as his wife goes through a divorce and tries to follow her dreams, she too starts uncovering all that her husband had sacrificed in his life for his family. Will these two be able to find their way back to each other? Watch to find out!

I really enjoyed this one. This was a drama that shows us that no matter how close we think we are to people in our family, we still do not ever know the extent to which they go to care for us and keep us happy. What we take for granted should be cherished. Another reason I liked this story was because the father genuinely tries to change to become a better person and help his children and wife. He realizes his mistakes and understands that communicating your pain is also important in a relationship. So, if you are someone who believes in second-chance romances where the leads lose their way in the beginning but eventually find their way back to each other, then you will love this one!
